- LSLisa Spinella5 days ago5.0The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was so kind, compassionate and beyond helpful. Dr. Jason made our daughter feel so comfortable and treated her with great care. She had some extractions and we decided on sedation (the anesthesiologist they bring is fabulous as well) and after her procedure he wheeled her out to our car himself. Overall we were beyond happy and we know our children will continue to receive excellent care!! Thank you again!

My whole family has been through their care and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is warm, professional, and so good at what they do! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist in the Capital Region, there’s no better place to go. Highly recommend!

I send an email asking what insurance you guys except I was told call, I called the number that was provided to be and the phone kept ringing out. For an office to have high rating like this I would have taught the expectation would be superior. As that being said Can I get a lists of insurance you guy except don’t want to keep on calling and the phone is ringing out just to see if you guy take my insurance or not.
- RWRachel WilsonAug 20, 20252.0Heard good things from others, but good luck getting ahold of anyone. I called in early August to make a new patient appointment for my daughter. Apparently got lucky and got ahold of someone on the first try. They said they were booking out until October, which was fine because we didn’t have any specific concerns. Booked an appointment and soon realized we had a conflict and needed to reschedule. I called a couple weeks later (now mid-August) to reschedule the October appointment. At this point I’ve called 6 times, left 3 voice messages, and two email messages. I have yet to get a call back. I’ll be looking elsewhere. If only I could cancel this appointment…..
