My whole family has been through their care and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is warm, professional, and so good at what they do! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist in the Capital Region, there’s no better place to go. Highly recommend!

I send an email asking what insurance you guys except I was told call, I called the number that was provided to be and the phone kept ringing out. For an office to have high rating like this I would have taught the expectation would be superior. As that being said Can I get a lists of insurance you guy except don’t want to keep on calling and the phone is ringing out just to see if you guy take my insurance or not.

Apparently got lucky and got ahold of someone on the first try. They said they were booking out until October, which was fine because we didn’t have any specific concerns. Booked an appointment and soon realized we had a conflict and needed to reschedule. I called a couple weeks later (now mid-August) to reschedule the October appointment. At this point I’ve called 6 times, left 3 voice messages, and two email messages. I have yet to get a call back. I’ll be looking elsewhere. If only I could cancel this appointment…..

The office has an amazing set up for kids which has video games in the waiting area, they can watch a movie while getting their teeth cleaned, drawings to win things for the “no cavity club,” and getting a coin for the toy machine on the way out. Dr. Kate is amazing! She is kind, patient and thorough. Wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!
