I don't know where to start! After being a patient of the Blais dentists, ironically 2 blocks from Dr Pov as a child, and fainting and getting hives from the butchery of them, I hated the VERY thought of dental care. Well fast forward 6 decades of gum reduction, cavities, and the need for Valium and pain meds, I had a tooth that bothered me off and on for years. I would get antibiotics from my personal Dr, and take 1,or 2, pain would be "gone!" Fact is, the problem manifested itself one Friday night recently. I thought my head was going to literally blow up!
I had been there for a cleaning a few years ago. I am a cancer survivor, and am failing. I use heavy meds for neuropathy. They barely got me through the weekend. I called Comfort Dentistry on Monday morning, and they, after my begging, saw me. I had one X-ray, and I know what infection looks like. One look, and doc Pov said, get the Novocaine filled. He had the tooth removed before I even knew! Unbelievable instant relief! I then was asked if I could get there the following day for a cleaning. I beg anyone who has fear of dental work, go there. I would be remiss if I did not mention the best, and beautiful staff, both inside and out for their incredible love and care they showed. Any successful business is run, and built by its workers. I only wish I was a younger man, as I truly appreciate the gift of love and care they gave me, and their love shown to me and yeah, my AXXL the best therapy K9 ever, who was with me in the office, and fell asleep from the incredible vibe of calm, professional and love shown to both of us! We love you ladies, and although I am not long for here, I will NEVER forget all of you!
This is the first time I have written a letter of recommendation for truly the best dentist 🦷 and staff EVER.
God bless you, Dan Bethel and AXXL the dental K9!
