I was then charged a copay and my insurance was billed twice when it shouldve been done once. That is called fraud

Urology factory for sure.

- CBC BOct 25, 20251.0Was told WNY urology would reach out for an appoint right away by referral by a local hospital urology clinic who outsources their patients to them apparently . I was dealing with a potential very serious health issue that needed to be addressed immediately .In the mean time I made arrangements with another ELITE local medical facility by recommendation of a different team of doctors (completely forgetting about WNY urology ) got my situation on the right track had. They had me in for an appointment in under a week as well as an invasive diagnostic test scheduled for another 10 days out or so . WNY urology calls me about a month after I was referred to them try to get me in for my FIRST appointment which was weeks away . Pathetic . I wouldn’t recommend on just that experience alone.
