The initial tech who took my daughter‘s vitals, explained everything very thoroughly and was professional as well. The clinician who my daughter saw this evening was named Kayla. She was outstanding and very thorough through her explanation and her care. She was very clear on discharge instructions and referrals. Best of all my daughter was symptom-free after treatment. Furthermore, we left there with a very clear understanding of the issue and how to move forward with continued care
