I had my procedure done at the Williamsburg location, and I have serious anxiety about anything near my eyes — this was a huge deal for me. I almost talked myself out of it more than once! But the surgeon was amazing — calm, patient, and talked me through every single step. It honestly felt like he had the patience of a saint. I was shifting and shaking like a leaf. I just knew he wanted to say “sit yo butt still” 😂 The whole thing only took about 20 minutes, even though it felt like an eternity to my anxious brain. The entire staff was incredible — so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As someone who’s worked as an administrator in clinics myself, I can honestly say I wish I had a team like theirs! If you’re like me and need to mentally prepare (or maybe take a Prozac or two just to chill 😅), do it — but seriously, it’s worth it. By the time it was over, I couldn’t believe how quick and smooth it went. Highly recommend this place — especially if you’re a nervous wreck like me! 🎵 I can see clearly now, the rain is goneee 🎵 I’m sending my entire gang of blind, glasses-and-contact-wearing friends there to be part of the new seeing crew! 👀✨
