PureGym made it better by utilizing the space efficiently and adding more equipment, way better than blink.

The gym is fine, the new Pure gym ownership uses a VERY intrusive system for entry when compared to Blink. It forces members AND EVEN GUESTS to have the app on our phone which takes up memory and isn't necessary to serve their customers. This company doesn't seem interested in serving, it seems to want to make as much money as possible even if that adds an unnecessary barrier to being a gym goer. I'm disappointed in the brand change.

The gym has doors that are like shuttle circle gyms which is a waste they don’t even work and is taking up space. The gym is cold and it’s cold outside and they won’t turn up the heat which is inconvenient to my help as I pay to be here. The equipment has layers of dust and oils and the mats and rollers are worn out to the point pieces are missing. I don’t understand the change from bankruptcy because the membership is more and than it was for blink and they only promote two memberships and the green allows guest but they have to make an account just to be a guest and the maintenance fee is $60 t for the year the membership is $39 and your guest can go only 4 times a month as for blink they can come unlimited with you! And they only offer 50% off on your first session with a personal trainer as before with blink you get a free first session then $25 not starting price $50 so I guess you really have to be dedicated to go to the gym because it’s very pricey right now!

The gym just got new equipment, and the staff are super friendly and polite. Everything is always very clean, and I especially want to mention an employee named Vincent. I think he’s the most dedicated and responsible worker here — every time I see him, he’s always busy cleaning, organizing, or doing something to keep the place nice. Overall, a really great gym!

Been going here for years. Poor customer service, only 2 people in the front desk who greet you out of the 10+ workers. Place has been dirty for years and all types of bugs walk around. Tried to drink water the other day and it was a disgusting brown color. Does have certain proper machines but they’re becoming outdated as there is always maintenance being done on them. Other than the horrible smelling and dirty lockers and 2 star customer service, decent.
