Charging people to leave the gym is so crazy. There is so much others to go to than this one honestly. It’s not that great and the workers are not friendly.

One of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to. Instead of closing safely and professionally, they shut off locker room lights, yell at members, and wave around giant bolt cutters. It’s unsafe, unprofessional, and honestly terrifying. Management should be paying employees extra time to close the gym properly - not rushing everyone out with chaos

I respectfully request the following:
1. That the ongoing leak on the second floor be fixed immediately.
2. That staff and managers be held accountable for maintaining professionalism when dealing with member concerns.
3. That Blink Fitness provide a transparent and accessible way for members to report complaints and receive follow-up.
