  I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. While the staff is friendly upon arrival, my recent visit left much to be desired. I had a 9 AM appointment but wasn’t seen until nearly two hours later. I approached the front desk twice to inquire about my wait time and to check if I was next. Unfortunately, the responses were quite dismissive, with little information provided other than that I would be called shortly. Interestingly, when another patient asked the same question, the staff was quick to inform her that she was next. This inconsistency felt unprofessional and highlighted a lack of communication. While the services offered are decent, I believe better customer service is essential in a medical setting. I hope they can improve in this aspect for future patients.

  Besides the front desk being very helpful this is the worst place I ever went to. I went in for a surgical procedure I was told I would be sedated on the phone. I go they tell me I will receive fentanyl and an anxiety and I won’t feel anything. I briefly told her about my medical history and I’m a sick individual. With that being said I was speaking to the nurse very nice person. She said I can speak to the doc and tell her about my pain and how she can make me comfortable. I get in the room she tells me I won’t be fully asleep but I won’t feel anything ok they start giving me the anxiety meds the doctor instead of making me feel comfortable this lady id on her phone scrolling on the gram instead of communicating with me the patient how I feel and just making me feel comfortable. For a person who has worked in the medical field for more 15 yrs im disappointed on what is happening to the care for our patients this is a field where u have to have compassion and not look at it as a pay check ok so at this point the meds is trying to take control feel like I’m tired but fully awake now she gives me the fentanyl at this point I’m feeling like a dope head starts the procedure I felt like they was ripping me inside out I felt every bit of pain like a dog and after I express like I’m in pain I feel everything they give me more fentanyl to knock me out after it’s done I wake up they done put me with panties and all now why was not aware of that but felt everything this was the most worst experiences I ever had in my life and I’m traumatized I still feel the meds and I can’t sleep now. To top it off I left alone they didn’t even know don’t ask me how I got home I was suppose to be walked to the elevator they just let me go without seeing a person I gave my friends number and they called him like yea we done u can get her but I left alone very dangerous after given these doses of meds I don’t suggest anyone comes here for medical surgical procedures the worst I wish I can give it a zero. And I don’t want anyone apologizing I already freakin felt every bit of pain you guys need to get reported. Oh wait I forgot one more thing corporate was there just roaming around while I’m trying to get in a room I’m standing in the hallway and they just laughing and acting like this is not a medical setting very weird of the people they hire here it was the worst experience. And if anyone has a problem with my review you can search me up and call me I don’t have a problem addressing this place that women come to have some type of support and get treated like a animal

  Went in for IUD removal/insertion. The staff were so so nice from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. I cant compliment them enough. Super friendly and helpful.

  Went for my post reproductive years annual exam I have put off for two years because I'm sick of a lot of the medical care I've been getting and I felt very seen and listened to. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the MD everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I got referrals I need and was put at ease for expressing some of my frustrations with this transformative time in the life cycle. Also PP has gotten a make over and the space looked and felt good with state of the art medical equipment and fresh coat of paint. Very happy with the care.

  I have 8 pills in my vagina still not bleeding next hour still make it 24 hours since yesterday. I call the next day , 1st there’s no nurse , then there taking care of there other patients, I been I patient since yesterday with 8 pills in my vagina but no one can help me ? I have to wait for someone to call me back ? What if I died right now . I won’t recommend to anyone even if it was free.
