  10/10 Experience. Friendly checkin staff. Timely blood work and initial intake with a nurse practitioner. I had the pleasure of getting seen by Dr.Elizabeth Tobin who was unbelievable kind. She answered all my questions and provided exceptional care. I will absolutely be back annually.

  The security guard Joseph was incredibly short and rude, he wouldn’t even let me sit on a bench to put on my coat while waiting for an elevator. The practitioners wouldn’t listen to my partners concerns. We had to BEG for testing TWICE because of their outdated beliefs. Believe it or not, men can carry bacteria and viruses just as women do. The only redeeming quality of the visit was the front desk associate who was kind enough to say hello. This visit left me shaking and angry. I have never had such a negative experience.

  I couldn't have had a more welcoming and wonderful experience here. Everything went so smoothly and all the staff were so nice, accommodating, and helpful!!!!!! I felt extremely well taken care of and looked out for during my time here.

  Besides the front desk being very helpful this is the worst place I ever went to. I went in for a surgical procedure I was told I would be sedated on the phone. I go they tell me I will receive fentanyl and an anxiety and I won’t feel anything. I briefly told her about my medical history and I’m a sick individual. With that being said I was speaking to the nurse very nice person. She said I can speak to the doc and tell her about my pain and how she can make me comfortable. I get in the room she tells me I won’t be fully asleep but I won’t feel anything ok they start giving me the anxiety meds the doctor instead of making me feel comfortable this lady id on her phone scrolling on the gram instead of communicating with me the patient how I feel and just making me feel comfortable. For a person who has worked in the medical field for more 15 yrs im disappointed on what is happening to the care for our patients this is a field where u have to have compassion and not look at it as a pay check ok so at this point the meds is trying to take control feel like I’m tired but fully awake now she gives me the fentanyl at this point I’m feeling like a dope head starts the procedure I felt like they was ripping me inside out I felt every bit of pain like a dog and after I express like I’m in pain I feel everything they give me more fentanyl to knock me out after it’s done I wake up they done put me with panties and all now why was not aware of that but felt everything this was the most worst experiences I ever had in my life and I’m traumatized I still feel the meds and I can’t sleep now. To top it off I left alone they didn’t even know don’t ask me how I got home I was suppose to be walked to the elevator they just let me go without seeing a person I gave my friends number and they called him like yea we done u can get her but I left alone very dangerous after given these doses of meds I don’t suggest anyone comes here for medical surgical procedures the worst I wish I can give it a zero. And I don’t want anyone apologizing I already freakin felt every bit of pain you guys need to get reported. Oh wait I forgot one more thing corporate was there just roaming around while I’m trying to get in a room I’m standing in the hallway and they just laughing and acting like this is not a medical setting very weird of the people they hire here it was the worst experience. And if anyone has a problem with my review you can search me up and call me I don’t have a problem addressing this place that women come to have some type of support and get treated like a animal
