The staff only chat with each other in the waiting room and services and patient care is poor. I paid over 5k surgery for surgery and the service is poor and the staff seems not to care much, Poor customer service and place has no heat and is extremely cold to be having to wait for 4 almost 5 hours. I dont recommend it. After 5 hours of waiting the staff decided to put a small heater. Unbelievable.

The surgeon who performed the procedure did such an awful job that an eye doctor told me that the surface of my eye looked like an “ice rink after a hockey game.” As a result of this, I’ve had chronic dry eye since the procedure. Please go literally anywhere else for Lasik and save yourself from a potential multi-thousand dollar nightmare.
