- AHAlexa HannaJul 28, 20242.0I LOVE this Cyclebar!! But the water fountain situation absolutely needs to be fixed. I’ve been coming about once a week since the start of the year and it is consistently awful. Today in class so many people barely had any water because the fountain runs at a trickle. Other studios in the area have the exact same water fountain and there are no issues. The instructors are amazing here!! But come ready with water or you’ll likely be dehydrated. 🙃

The studio is immaculate and everyone is so warm/welcoming, there’s definitely 0% of the judge-y vibes you sometimes get from other spin studios and gyms in general. They were running a deal back in October for the Unlimited Membership so I decided to take the plunge + go for it. There were a couple of issues with the start of the membership ( they accidentally sent the signup link for the NOHO location initially so we had to cancel and resign up with credits instead / there was an issue running my credit card so I was getting charged with late fees while trying to fix the problem ) BUT it was essentially painless to work out because of how incredible their staff are! Katie was patient with me ironing it out and even somehow saved me some money in the long run. Don’t know how they do it, but I recommend this place to everyone that loves spin or is looking to get back into it!! ❤️
