Bathrooms are clean, include showers and changing areas so they're really convenient too. The company itself is the issue, changing and canceling membership is an absolute mess and they charge you crazy amounts of money because of how messed up the whole process is.

When I raised a concern about someone reserving a machine with their bag for over 30 minutes, the assistant manager, who identified herself as the main manager, responded with noticeable attitude and disrespect. I chose to cancel my membership because I no longer felt respected or valued as a member of this gym.
