- BDBruce DuranNov 6, 20251.0So sad to see the deterioration at this location. Went on a Wednesday around 4:45 pm and was greeted by the never ending construction of the new entrance pods. The bathroom had no soap. The paper towel dispenser bins on the gym floor were empty. I notified the only person working at the gym by the front door and she said that she was a trainer and was not even supposed to be there and that someone would be coming at 6pm to clean up. The understaff situation is sad. Puregym is cutting staff and at at the same time they are raising the monthly fees by $4. It does not make sense. Gyms should always have staff on hand for clean up.

- TWTIMOTHY WILLIAMSAug 28, 20253.0The staff is very polite very friendly and helpful.The gym is well maintained but one thing I have to note is sometimes the floors are saturated with tripods in walking paths.Aswell as people using 2 machines at once like I shouldn't have my workout experience haulted because someone across the gym has his stuff at two machines claiming to use both like you can only physically use one thing at a time.And sometimes there be no sprays or napkins available for wiping down equipment at times
