This has been happening repeatedly, and as paying members, we are losing both time and money when we arrive expecting the gym to be open as scheduled. Sometimes opening an hour later or more later than scheduled time. Many of us depend on the early hours to fit workouts into our routines, and these constant delays are unacceptable and frustrating. I’ve cc’d several members who were also waiting outside this morning so that you’re aware this issue is affecting multiple customers, not just one person. Please look into this matter urgently and ensure that staff open the gym on time moving forward.
