I haven’t been to the gym in a while due to some mental health issues and I finally had some motivation to go. Maybe train your staff to be a little kinder especially at 6:30 in the morning. I’ve been with you guys for years. I’m just done at this point.

Some hours are busier and there are tempers flared. Too many members on their earphones and they can't hear when you ask them how many more sets they have. For the most part it's a perfectly good gym.
