  Went here for my nexplanon insertion. Showed up to my appointment on time and was in and out in a little over an hour! Staff was super kind and the NP i saw went over all the details about how the insertion and medication itself worked before she did the procedure. Glad that Planned Parenthood is here to offer affordable healthcare!

  Not only does customer service come at a hit or miss but be prepared to starve had a 1250 didn’t leave till 330 they appear to be over staffed but under the expectation of time also admins have selective hearing as they pick and choose how to accomadate guest

  I have an appointment at 5:10 for a biopsy. I’ve never been to this location. The girl that called my name was not pleasant. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her while I’m scared and uncertain. She then brought me to a room and said (at 5:30) the provider is on lunch and when she comes back she has 2 people before you so it’s gonna be a while. She gave me an attitude the whole time and was hard to talk to. She asked me my weight instead of weighing me. She had me standing at the bathroom not knowing where to go while she walked around me not saying anything until finally “I’ll be with you in a minute “ with an attitude. She had to repeatedly take my bp (which is usually low) because it was high. Maybe she could’ve tried to help me be more comfortable/relaxed but no. I hope I never have to come to this location again.

  Planned Parenthood is great, they take the time to get you signed in while they are constantly getting calls. All the staff have been nice and very helpful. To anyone complaining about waiting, when do you ever not wait in a doctor's office. Especially when there's like 1 on the clock. Grab your phone and be patient like the rest of us.
