The X-ray technician was nice. Everything else about this location left more to be desired. And they charge way more than a specialist medical center.

I went in on a Monday afternoon, about 3PM, and it only took about an hour from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out. I filled out a couple of pages of basic paperwork (you'll need your insurance card/info, and your pharmacy info). The front desk lady (I didn't get her name, but she had short brown hair and glasses), was so nice. She was friendly, to the point, and informative about what releases I was signing. I waited for maybe another 5 minutes after filling out the sheets and paying my copay before my PA came out and got me. Cindy Coons, PA, listened to my concerns, and let me know what tests would be run to diagnose my complaint. She did a simple test, told me they'd send it to the lab, and also prescribed me medicine for immediate relief. She answered all of my questions, about the medicine, as well as my illness. Checking out was easy, I just had to sign my name electronically, and then I was off to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I really can't speak highly enough about this place. It was so easy, and I got immediate relief, instead of continuing to play phone tag with my doctor's office all day.

Good god. Never have I ever been so mismanaged ever. Completely rude physician who refused to listen to what I was saying. Waited around for about 2 hours for them to do nothing for me or address any of my concerns. Been here three times and not a single time they helped me. It’s almost impressive how they only hired incompetent people to work here

I visited this clinic for treatment of a lip blister. The doctor prescribed antibiotics, which did help improve my condition. However, after taking just two doses, I developed an allergic reaction. During the visit, the clinic provided a professional interpreter through an iPad, and we appreciated that support. However, when we called the clinic the next day to report the allergic reaction, no interpreter was available. My husband politely requested a phone interpreter multiple times, but the staff ignored our request and kept repeating medical terms we couldn’t understand. This left us confused and made us feel that the response was both irresponsible and disrespectful. The front desk staff also did not seem friendly, and the overall experience made us feel very uncomfortable. We do not recommend this clinic, especially for patients who need consistent language support.
