I have been in and out quickly during my visits.Here. The doctors are very compassionate and listen to what I have to say. The physical therapy section is also great. I highly recommend it.

If you have literally any other option, take it. If you’re stuck here because of workers comp, then I’m genuinely sorry.
My biggest issue with Concentra has been the wait times. For your first visit, they don’t let you schedule an appointment — you have to walk in. I waited about three and a half hours just to be seen. Even after intake, I spent forever waiting alone in the exam room. When I was finally seen, the actual interaction with the doctor and staff was maybe 10–15 minutes total. My discharge paperwork said I spent 5.5 hours in the facility, which honestly felt like a joke at that point.
After the first visit, you’re allowed to schedule appointments, but that doesn’t really change anything. I still usually wait 45 minutes to over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I’ve been late to other obligations more than once because of this. People have jobs and lives — this level of delay is not reasonable.
The documentation has also been a mess. The providers seem overworked, and it shows in the notes. I’ve had paperwork that said I was at “75% expected recovery” while the actual conversation in the visit was about my condition getting worse. That kind of contradiction is not a small mistake, especially when this is a legal workers comp case.
After multiple visits, I had to specifically ask the provider to include more detailed notes. My symptoms, concerns, and questions should already be documented clearly, especially given the nature of workers comp. To be fair, once I brought this up, the provider I spoke with was kind and did take the time to write a more thorough note.
Your experience really depends on which provider you get. Most of the providers I’ve seen were nurse practitioners. There seems to be very little continuity of care. Some providers were caring but limited by policy, others came across as dismissive or condescending.
Medication policy has been one of the most frustrating parts. Despite having worsening, well-documented nerve pain, I was refused non-narcotic medications like gabapentin or Lyrica. When I asked to discuss pain management beyond ibuprofen, the first thing I was told — very abruptly — was “we don’t prescribe narcotics here.” I wasn’t asking for narcotics. I was asking about standard medications commonly used for nerve pain. Eventually, I was told those medications are appropriate for my condition, but that Concentra’s corporate policy doesn’t allow them to prescribe them, and I was advised to go to the ER instead. This has caused major delays in care and has affected my ability to work and function day to day.
Continuity of care has been poor overall. Despite asking to be seen by the same provider, I wasn’t. I showed up for a follow-up appointment to go over MRI results with a provider who hadn’t reviewed my case or even looked at the MRI until they were already in the room with me. I had to stop the appointment and ask to see the provider who actually knows my case.
At this point, my experience with Concentra has been exhausting and stressful. I’m only here because workers comp leaves me no other choice.
I do feel bad for the staff and providers. It’s clear they’re overloaded and constrained by corporate policies. The problem isn’t individual people — it’s the system itself. Concentra puts volume over patients, and everyone involved suffers because of it.
TL;DR:
Extremely long waits (even with appointments), poor continuity of care, sloppy documentation, and restrictive policies that delay treatment. If you have any alternative at all, use it.

It’s your average employer drug/health screening clinic. Long lines/waits in the morning, but the staff is friendly and they work efficiently to get folks moved through. When I came back for the TB test to be read it only took 15mins, BUT be sure to get a copy of the results! They said they would send the results to the employer, but they did not and my HR rep said they never do. Luckily I did get a copy of the results, which they did offer. Again, they’re friendly and helpful up front, but IDK what happens on the back end.

The girl that was doing the drug testing he was treating everybody like they were on probation or parole. She was very rude and super bossy. She highlighted the minimum line on the cup, and I filled it to that line. Then she said that it was not enough. So I had to start over so she drew the line higher on the cup, but I didn’t have to go that much more and she told me I had to go into three different cups. At this point, I had urine on my pants from starting and stopping. She was very unprofessional and then and she told me it was a refusal because I didn’t have to go anymore and I have to go get my kids because I’ve been sitting in there for almost 2 hours

Absolutely miserable experience with this place. 3 months ago I had to transfer locations because I moved and I called them and said I was in the system and I could just walk in. I go and it turns out that I wasn't in the system and had to fill out all my paperwork again just for them to tell me they didn't have the appropriate tests in stock so I had to come back next week, made the appointment. Go back next week and it turns out they hadn't made the appointment so I had to wait hours for them to figure that out. Luckily they were able to take the test, but they messed it up the first time so they had to draw my blood again! Come to today I waited an hour and a half for the test just for them to tell me I have to come back next week. Absolute incompetence from everyone here from the front desk to the physicians in the back. The Concentra back home never gave me these issues. Pick a different location or different company if you can.
