I came in with a back injury and the only examination the provider did was have me see how far forward I could bend without pain. No Xrays no imaging done. I will definitely be contacting a personal I jury lawyer this week.

The only reason I stayed is because this is where my job sent me! This place is awful!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!
