  Both my parents have been residents at Brookdale Reno. I have been pleased with the care they’ve received, and with the quality of communication with me, especially related to illnesses, etc. I feel confident my family members receive excellent care and treatment from the staff.

  I visited Brookdale Memory Care today. My Sister in California has Dementia, I would love to have her move closer to me. I met with Laurie DeMaine, she was so gracious and informative, she took her time showing me around the beautiful facility. It was warm and inviting, all the residents looked peaceful and content. Laurie provided me with information and options regarding my sister's current needs and future care. It was an informative and enlightening visit...A very special Place!

  My husband became violent with me. This was the only safe place for me to put him. He does very well at Brookdale. They monitor his moods and give him the needed medicine only when needed. I have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for. Eden Hospice keeps me informed on his progress and has taken a huge weight off my shoulders.

  A loving, caring and above all , clean place. I was blessed to have found Mary and her team for my Father’s memory care. They treated him like the smart man he is and cared for him i such a sweet and respectful way. Thank you to the entire team at Brookdale!

  My dad, Neil Kippen, was at Brookdale the last 14 months of his life and recently passed away. The staff there are absolutely wonderful and so caring. My dad was a physician and though long retired they always referred to him as Dr. Kippen or Dr. Neil. They showed him the utmost respect. They work very hard to involve all the residents in the activities of the community. The staff are all very patient and kind. They also made the family feel very welcome with each and every visit. Special thanks to both of the Marias, Jennifer, Chris, Alex, Memo, Candace, Eva, Dia, Priscilla, Sherri, Blanca, and all the other staff on the Garden Unit.
