  I’ve been coming here for continuing care for about a month now. My Doctor is very sweet and took his time to explain lab results with me, I don’t feel rushed when he’s speaking to me. The medical assistants and techs have all made me feel comfortable and safe. They’re all very sweet and you can tell they all have a good work relationship. It’s nice to see them laugh and enjoy their job. Christian always has my back and manages to only stick me once, I’m usually a hard stick but he makes everything seamless and easy with a few laughs in between. Overall a 10/10 experience. I truly enjoy being a patient here!

  It was hard to find. Lol but the staff was super friendly. The doctor was fantastic with a great attitude and enthusiastic. I did not wait nothing in the waiting room or in the back. I would recommend concentra.

  The staff are really friendly and helpful. I was in and out twice in a week. The first was to renew my dot physical and the second was a Random Drug Screen. Both was a positive Experience. Keep up with the good work.

  Los doctores tienen gran problema con los pacientes,tratan a todos como si ellos pagaran los gastos médicos y como si todo fuera una mentira aunque si hayan lesione,luego se tardan un montón en mandarte los exámenes q no se ven en una simple rayos x,y se pasan meses en eso (yo creo q esperan a q las cosas se arreglen solas) y uno con meses de dolor,y no te atienden x el dolor te mandan a emergencia y q se ocupe tu Aseguranza ,nunca tienen citas disponibles para visitas rápidas o terapias,y luego están culpando de q por que te demoras tanto para ir a terapia,cuando son ellos los que no tienen citas,te sacan sitas sin decirte nada ,a las 10 :30 de la noche 11 y 12 y luego cuando no vas se enojan ,no se dan cuenta que uno lesionado a esa hora no puede andar en la calle y las personas al siguiente día trabajan ,esperas por hora para q no hagan más q mandarte a terapia y no a revisiones más profundas,los asistentes casi todos son buenos y buenas chocar ,pero en north las Vegas hay uno que siempre tiene mala actitud y te habla bien feo y te hace sentir súper mal ,y en Polaris 2 doctores diferentes me han atendido y pésima atención hasta llorar me han hecho ahí de tanto mal trato ,bien humillada salí y no regreso .La mejor opción es pedir que te trates x tu Aseguranza con doctores de verdad,horrible atención.Pero en north la a Vegas hay un doctor agradable ,solo que los procedimientos de concentra son muy largos y hay q aguantar el dolor ,xq hasta la próxima cita no te atienden ,Pero solo le doy una estrella y eso es xq hay 2 buenos la de rayos x de Polaris q es de PR y el doctor de north las Vegas q me ha atendido y algunos asistentes .Pero en general bien malo los procederes y muy tardados en hacer exámenes q de verdad enseñan las lesiones
