  Overall positive experience. Friendly staff. The wait was minimal. The Dr who I had a conversation with very friendly and competent. My only “ding” was at the end of the process I was put into an empty exam room and felt forgotten. Wasn’t a big deal

  Front desk was very friendly. Came to this location for pre employment drug test and urine specialist was very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend this location.

  Professional atmosphere with great doctors and nurses. I like how fast and efficient everyone is at making sure the patient is taken care of. Shout out to Ocean and her trainer who made me feel important while I was there just for some tests. Good work and thank you!

  Over 12 years in trucking, I have completed hundreds of DOT medical exams across different states. I can confidently say this was one of the most inefficient and outdated experiences I’ve ever had. I was initially told I could not be seen because I did not provide the last name of a company contact person. In all my years of DOT exams, this has never been required, and in the trucking industry companies do not typically disclose employees’ last names. All required personal and company information had already been officially submitted through my company’s request. It should also not be the patient’s responsibility to deal with internal or administrative issues related to the fact that a company works through a third-party provider. If multiple intermediaries are involved, it is the medical center’s responsibility to streamline the process, not the driver’s burden to compensate for inefficient workflows. The organization was extremely poor. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was: • asked to fill out two paper forms with identical information, • then asked to enter the same information again on a tablet. It is 2025, and forcing patients to repeatedly enter the same data that is already on file feels completely outdated and unnecessary. In total, I spent nearly two hours waiting for a procedure that takes only a few minutes. For a professional driver, lost time means lost income, and this was clearly not taken into consideration. Conclusion: This facility urgently needs to modernize its processes. Excessive paperwork, duplicated forms, and disregard for patients’ time significantly reduce the quality of service. I would not choose to return.
