She came in for a simple cleaning, but the experience was confusing and uncomfortable from start to finish. After taking x-rays, the dentist didn’t even seem to know why she was there. Once he started, he stopped mid way and asked if she was over 18 since she went alone. Then the hygienist pressured her into paying an extra $48 by telling her her gums would become inflamed if she didn’t. To make things worse, when she went to pay, the front desk told her that unless she left a 5-star review, they would add an additional $20 to her bill. This kind of behavior felt pushy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. My sister left feeling taken advantage of rather than cared for. I hope this office seriously reevaluates how they treat patients.
