My overall experience has been great with the most supportive staff that’s always beside me to assist and explain techniques and benefits for each exercise. As someone with ADHD and anxiety it felt good to be able to be myself and feel comfortable in an environment that generally would be uncomfortable. The treatment plan Alicia gave me worked super fast for my shoulder, and I am very happy to get back to my normal life. 10/10 would recommend.
