Detailed in every way from your medical history/ current issues you are having. You are paired with and have a full one on one with a very nice and supportive staff. You are set up with a plan of action while at home, a schedule for the facility and all the information you need to help you with any questions/ concerns you may have. I highly recommend this facility.
- CCChristinaDec 5, 20254.0The good- The therapy, and the emails you get if you want to pick up a cancellation. The not so good- After first batch of appts they scheduled a whole month off to come back to cont. (Large gap of availability even when you have been going. ) ( You can easily lose motivation to come back with such a large gap) (or maybe you feel you need a break) either way their was no availability for an active case to cont. for four weeks. They knew the case needed more therapy and was okd by pt. to cont. at appt prior. poor scheduling. Secondly, if they owe you money cause your insurance paid them and are due a refund, their strict policy is you can not get the refund until you are completely discharged from PT. So if you need to cont. PT for several months even with a month that they dont have you scheduled due to their unavailability, they hold onto the monies. It can be 6 mths in some cases. Even the manager when requested of billing dept. denied the refund (after first 15 weeks of PT). It should be they get paid by insurance then refund the pt. monies within 30 days. Period. A lot of these medical places WON'T tell you that you have a refund either. If you look at your EOB from your insurance and see that they paid them in full and you owe no copay you'd have to request it from the medical facility. Some places will refund you properly within a reasonable time like Steinberg Diagnostics (you still have to request it), and some will not. It may be difficult for some people to keep on top of their medical costs. Hopefully, this post helps others.
