- DGDaisy GuardadoDec 9, 20251.0On 12/05/25 I took my dad to go see Dr. veronica Allen, and we had the worst experience ever from the Medical assistant to Dr. Allen both were so rude and unprofessional. The medical assistant put her hand up to my aunts face when she call my dad back to the room, and asked who are you? my aunt told her she was my dads sister ,and she let my aunt and myself to go back, 5 minutes later another medical assistant came into the room and he said only 1 person is allowed to be back, their approach was unprofessional and rude . Then when the doctor came in to see my dad her attitude was rude, and not compassionate about my dad’s medical condition. I received paperwork from CCMSI it was my dad’s first time to file for workers compensation so we were not sure about the forms, I asked Dr. Allen if that was something she needed to fill out and her response to me was that the paperwork didn’t say Concentra and that I had to learn how to read. we did file a complaint with the supervisor at and will not be returning to that clinic.
