While I was checking out and waiting in the lobby, a staff member called me up to complete the process and handed me my medical results. I noticed that one of my fingers hadn’t been treated with burn cream or bandaged, so I asked if they could apply the cream and bandage before I left. She went to ask her supervisor, and when she returned, she told me they could no longer apply the cream or bandage because they had already given me supplies to take home. However, the bag only contained bandages—there was no burn cream included.

So when I went back same shit, then when it's time to check out still need to wait for the staff to call me but just see them busy chitchatting. What is the use of making appt if you still need to wait for almost 2 hrs to be called!!! Do something with your staffing or something!!! And your doctors and staffs are so mean!!
