  My appointment was at 9:45am, was called back around 10am. I made sure they scheduled me with Dr. Peryasamy but everyone acted like this was a last minute request all of a sudden. Then i had to have a breathing treatment before my procedure, they said i had one patient before me, i fell asleep now it was 12 noon so i told a nurse im leaving because it was ridiculous to me that i scheduled my appt at 9:45 and still waiting at noon. im leaving and all of a sudden i was next " No thank you" these people act like we have all the time in the world, not me!! This is why i dont like coming here the staff is either incompetent or simply dont care. Dr.P is awesome even he told my nurse at the surgery center that ive been his patient since he started his practice and still they didnt take that into consideration. Plus that same nurse once i told her im leaving she started being so passive-aggressive with me that my daughter had put her in her place for getting out of hand. I love you Dr. P and im sorry if this review hurts your practice in any way but you need to know how these nurses act with patients.

  My wife had a 7:30 am appointment and was taken in for her treatment on time. Everyone was very friendly and thoughtful of her condition

  The physicians and staff at Azura are top notch in the lab and outside of it. Always attentive to the needs of their patients. Would absolutely recommend!

  My experience with this center was with the Facility Administrator, Sabret. You can tell that she leads with her heart and really has all the patients' best interest in mind. I always look forward to seeing her!

  My husband was scheduled for a procedure at 12:15 at 240 he had still just been sitting in the back. Of course his behavior was unruly and disruptive. There was just 1 other patient in the back at that time. They explained it away as things happened but at the very least they could've informed him thered be a long wait and offer the option of rescheduling. In the end he was asked to leave after his screaming and unruly behavior. They said we're calling the police as if people already dying would truly care or be afraid.... He ended up needing an ambulance and was rushed to the e.r. The whole event was ugly. I am simply writing this review for Cordell a nurse .... The only one who truly is for the people. He helped us all the way until the ambulance got there. We thanked him multiple times but thats not enough. He kept coming back to us and i eventually told him its ok to go back in because i didnt want him to risk his job being outside. This man deserves to get a raise and become a charge nurse somewhere and multiply to fill the field with his kind! I don't care how many degrees one may have or initials behind their name, without common sense none of it matters! Common courtesy would have been to inform the waiting patients and offer options. Even if something is going on there are more than 2 people. Instead of standing outside the room chatting how about focus on the patients after all isn't that the reason one applies for a healthcare profession? I cannot mention enough about Cordell and his people mannerisms. He is the perfect example of someone picking the right profession! He gets 100 stars
