I absolutely loves the Optometrist, she had high tech equipment that I’ve never seen before. She super professional and explains everything to my liking. I am moving into the world of wearing progressives and I really don’t understand how it was going to work. Between her and Keith I’m feeling like my life will be easier and the vision changes undetected. Warby Parker has been my go to brand for more than 5 years now. I don’t remember when I first started working with this franchise, it was surely before the pandemic. I’m still happy

I looked for the missing screw in the case, thinking the screw came out in during shipping, nope. No screw in the case, box, wrapped in the cleaning cloth, nothing. This probably means the glasses were placed in the case missing the screw. They were shipped like this. I don’t know how anyone would miss this. The service in-store, great. The doctor who gave me my exam, great. Glasses delivered missing a key component of glasses, bad. Wishing I can give two separate scores, but I can’t.
