  🦷 Excellent Dental Care: A 15-Year Patient's Review! ​I have been a patient of Dr. Hahn's for over 15 years, and he and his team are absolutely great. ​Dr. Hahn is incredibly professional and personable. I especially appreciate how he always explains, in detail, how your oral health is doing and any next steps needed to ensure your teeth remain in excellent shape. His focus on patient education is outstanding. ​The entire team is exceptional: ​Jane at the front desk handles a lot and does a remarkable job of explaining how your insurance works and what is covered. She is always friendly and incredibly helpful. ​Amy, the hygienist, is absolutely amazing—I am so glad they found her! She does a great job cleaning your teeth while making sure you're comfortable. I genuinely enjoy our conversations, too. ​Laccie, Dr. Hahn's assistant, is extremely kind and knowledgeable, making the overall experience seamless. ​Thank you ALL. You never want to go to the dentist—it's never fun—however, this team makes it much more calming and manageable. They have created a truly welcoming environment that turns what could be a stressful appointment into a consistently positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hahn and his outstanding practice! 😊

  Terrible experience. We decided to try this dentist as it was closer. We went and received a cleaning and exam. We gave all insurance info up front to make sure everything was covered. They called and said that everything was good. We end up getting a bill for panoramic x rays. This is only allowed every five years as the insurance company told the dentist. The insurance did not cover and we called the dentist as we were sure they would make it right. They were extremely argumentative and had nothing but excuses for why it happened. We will never go back and they lost 4 patients over trying to make an extra $109 for each of us with pano xrays. Stay away, no integrity and can not be trusted.

  The staff has no care and compassion for anyone. The worst. I’m gonna first by saying I have been going to the dentist for many years and Dr. Hahn always showed me the kindest respect. I had a $300 bill that was overdue I ended up paying at the first chance I get but I have spent over $20,000 with Dr. Hahn so you would think that something small would be overlooked and not a big deal. But it was a big deal to them so they asked me to pay everything upfront to be reimbursed later which I thought was very unreasonable. The front office is rude and disrespectful. Jane I believe is her name is the rudest person you will speak to. She will constantly tell you she is speaking and then when you begin to speak she will interrupt you . Even after trying to speak to them reasonably about the situation asking the doctor to call me an email me to discuss the matter they wanted nothing to do with me. I have spoken to the doctor about mountain biking and snowboarding many things for so many years and I’m so disappointed how they treated me today. I will never go see them again never no matter what do not go to the dentist do not trust them you will find out for yourself. You would think the doctor would email me after asking him to call me but it wasn’t important enough for the office to relay any information. Anyways just very disappointed in how they treated me not only disrespectfully but felt like they were single-handedly doing it deliberately because they felt like they had power over me.especially Jane. I did actually get a chance to speak to Dr. Hahn a couple days ago And explain the situation in detail he was very nice over the phone but then he told me he would ask them to make an exception and look into it. Instead I received a letter today basically stating to find out another dentist. After everything I have spent with him all the time I have been there this is how they treat you. If you’re looking for a dentist I would think twice about going to them they obviously only care about money if they cared about you they would handle things much different. I am a business owner myself and cannot believe this is how they treat people especially over such a small amount of money that was already paid because obviously that’s what they care about nothing else nothing more. On 9/16/24 i sent an email and went back to the office to see if they can see me again again because I like Dr hahn. He is actually not the problem. It's the front office who is terrible. Very disappointed
