- BEBarbara EubanksNov 17, 20252.0I'm sure the delay is due to the fact that there are walk-ins only, no appointments, which sounds great but isn't always. I walked in at 9:45 or a bit after, signed in and was told there would be a text with a form to be completed - never came, when I asked I was told it had not been sent. I waited as long as I could, had another appointment at 12 Noon so at 11:30 I told them I needed to leave in 15 minutes, then I received the form to complete. Rushed to complete the form and at 11:45 told them I was leaving. I was asked if I would be back that day, said I would try. Came back after my other appointment, waited about 15 minutes and was called back for the pre-employment drug test (about a 10 minutes process, if that) which is all I went there for and it took over 3 hours including going and coming back. Was not thrilled.
