  Hello, My name is Bradley Sullivan and I’m from London Ontario. I was recently in Nova Scotia visiting my son and I was experiencing issues with my hearing aids. When I realized that I had brought the wrong filters with me I thought my vacation was ruined. I looked online to find the nearest Connect Hearing office which was in Kentville. When I called, I was greeted by a very helpful young lady named Candace Hatt. She assured me that she could help and I made arrangements to drive there. Upon arrival, she greeted my wife and I like we were family and then proceeded to fix the issues with my devices. She even gave me enough filters to more than suffice for my vacation. For me, she truly was a life saver and a very excellent representative of your organization. Please take the time to let her know how much we appreciated her service.   Great people to deal with, and Connect Hearing sells high quality hearing aids! I have an amazing story to share with you. I received my N Maxi Fit700 hearing aids from the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location in March 2016. Unfortunately, I lost them in September of 2018. I am a children's entertainer and had removed them just after a show, and placed them in my jacket pocket. The next day, when I went to retrieve them, they were gone. Searched EVERYWHERE I could think of to no avail. Today, June 1st, 2020, I was working on the lawn by the front door, tilling it up to reseed it when I spotted them mixed in with the freshly tilled earth and sod! They must have fallen from my pocket as I was coming in the day I lost them, and landed in the grass. Two winters of shoveling snow must have moved them further from the door. Now, the fact that I found them at all is amazing, but after being exposed to rain and snow for over a year and a half, having had been mowed over countless times, and today, having survived a tilling, I cleaned them, installed new batteries, and they came right on! I can hear all the tones for the internal functions as I change them, but unfortunately, the delicate microphones do not seem to function. I'm going to take them to this Kentville location tomorrow to get them repaired. The fact that they survived all the abuse and came right on is a testament to the quality of this hearing aid! I just HAD to share that with you! To all the staff and families of Connect Hearing, please stay well and stay safe!
