They left a voice mail message last week cancelling my Thursday appointment, and advising me to call and re-book. No problem thought I, and called them Friday. I indicated that my Thursday (March 26) appoint-ment had been canceled and I was calling to get a new time slot. The receptionist immediately shot back that my appointment had not been canceled, but I was to -re-book. "Well", said I politely, "my Thursday appointment was certainly canceled, you told me so." This clearly angered her and when I asked for a new date she quoted me one weeks from now. I guess I had to be punished for disagreeing with her. I simply told her to forget it. I do not plan to do business with a firm that has such rude, difficult help. Lots of competition out there, and I already have an appoint with another firm for next week. Avoid Connect Hearing
