Well the Roswell location was a good experience the staff were friendly and helpful the atmosphere was just relaxing. They performed number of eye tests which was awesome. They went over detail and made sure I understood the different lenses and all that the pricing they really made this a better experience than Clovis did. I feel I can trust Roswell location as for Clovis I don't trust them at all so im glad Roswell could change my bad experience into a good one for sure use the Roswell location

Acted like it was an issue explaining to a CHILD what to do. Edit: I was told that my daughter's insurance "should" be taken but we'd have to wait until we got there to find out. Needless to say, it wasn't. All about the money, instead of the deals that are happening. I had to ask about the 2 for $75 because he went straight to the most expensive pricing there was. Not customer- oriented at all. Very disappointed with the entire experience. So much so that I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as I left mid transaction.

I called them, they told me to come in when I got back in town and they'll take care of me. Luckily, I opted for the insurance, but I had taken my own frame, I didn't have to pay out of pocket for a replacement. I'll get my replacement approximately by the 4th. I need bifocals, and I added transition. That's why it takes a bit longer. I'm very satisfied with the service and the staff.

The glasses make my right eye tear up and make that one eye blood red. Raquel was terrible. Kept trying to make me get my glasses delivered when I live in this town. I payed 435 for two terrible pairs of glasses that can’t be used.. Unless I want to be dizzy and have a burning… right eye. Don’t go here! They trick you. Total scam of a place. Now I have to spend money again.. To go to a reputable place. My strached up 2 yr old Costco glasses are still better. Do better scranton. You don’t deserve a capital letter in front of your name.
