  Disappointing. Made appointment for 10 AM. Walked in early, staff was very friendly. However, it took over 30 minutes to even get started with the eye test and my spouse and I were waiting for over an hour and still hadn’t seen the doctor yet and that is telehealth. There is no doctor there. My spouse hadn’t even been to the stations (where the techs review the eyes for glaucoma, etc.) my spouse asked how long we would be waiting and was told We double booked each appointment and the paperwork is a lot. This store opened at 9AM. So the store takes appointments every15 minutes, double booked each appointment, and said the appointment would take 45 minutes. So we hadn’t even been seen and we were an hour past our appointment time. Again there is no doctor on site. So when asked how much longer we’d have to wait, we were told they couldn’t say. So what is the purpose of an appointment? Staff is friendly but absolutely should be telling people that their appointment will take two hours or more past appointment time. It’s not their fault but Stanton shouldn’t be double booking either. It’s a pity because the staff does try. We left and will have to make an appointment with another place after driving over an hour. We wouldn’t have been upset if we had been told ahead of time that Stanton double booked and our appointment times didn’t matter.

  I would definitely recommend Stanton Optical! Priscilla was kind, patient, and very attentive—even though she was alone at the front with no manager and multiple customers coming in. I’d also like to recognize Stephanie from the back, who stepped up to help at the front even though it wasn’t her area. She was extremely kind, and together they truly went above and beyond despite how busy it was. Thank you, ladies! I will definitely be visiting again.

  I would give zero stars if possible, in the past i had great experience in the past, but today we had the worst experience, I ask about their promotion buy one get one free starting on blue lable frames they told me ints not buy one get one free its by one get on 50÷ of when on the website and their wals they have the promo on display, the reseptionis just cares about her commision and try to sell one pair of glases for over 600 to a senior citicen with no inshurand and would not listen to our needs we had a prescription already with us so we did not need the free eye exam she started making excuses that if it dosent have an expiration date its not valid even knowing the prescription was made on 12/04/25 I felt she was just wanting to take advantage of my dad whit out even careing to give us optioms until we decided to leave the store, we are really disapointed becouse we use to buy glases in your store for other of our household members but today your employess are just tinking about money and not the costumer service.

  I came in for a pair of glasses and the girls are friendly and very helpful Stephanie was amazing very helpful in getting through the process since I couldn't see she was very helpful in answering questions on the tablet for me from beginning to helping me choose a good pair of frames at the end thank you Stephanie you were great 😃

  Receptionist wouldn't even take the time to look up my insurance when I arrived for my appointment. It's a weird one I get it, but shouldn't assume it's out of network without so much as checking on computer. Another place in town I called was unfamiliar with my insurance as well, but took the time to call the provider number on the back of my insurance card and verified it.
