    Was treated extremely well, and the service was excellent, despite being really busy, they were able to get to me quick and the staff was very friendly, i couldn’t be more happy with the experience!

    Got an eye exam. The machine to read my old lenses didn't work. The chair for the remote exam didn't work so I struggled to sit comfortably for the test got new glasses and the prescription wasn't right left without glasses and a refund. I knew better than to go back. Never again

    First the Midland branch messed my prescription up. I went to Hobbs and the district manager helped me during opening week. My prescription was different than the one Midland gave me 2 weeks previous. They waited another week to order my new prescription in Hobbs. Eye exam was 10/24/25. They didn’t send the order in until 10/31/25. It’s been 2 weeks now and they still don’t have my glasses in after saying 7-10 days. Says another week before they will come in. They just had to change the prescription on them and just slightly. I called again today and only got the store closed message. This was at 4:50 pm. Facebook and Google both show store hours until 7:00 pm.
