Actually, this was the 2nd visit I had and wanted to be sure to leave a review this time as he was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly knowledgeable! After taking the time to understand the issues I was having with my previous glasses and what i was kind of looking for, he recommended a new lens tint combination that has completely transformed my everyday comfort and look. I get compliments on my lenses all the time which is something that has never happened before. Thanks to Brian’s guidance and recommendations, my glasses now fit perfectly and feel great. I really appreciate the care and expertise they put into the process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optician who genuinely listens and makes a real difference. It’s a rare thing these days!

After that time passed, we received a text saying our order had arrived. When we went to pick them up, we were told my wife’s glasses would be delayed another week. They promised to call us when they were ready — but two more weeks went by with no call. Since no one reached out, I decided to call them myself. On November 3, 2025, the first person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, he said he was the manager. I asked for an update on my wife’s glasses, and he told me it might take “another week or two” because bifocal glasses are hard to make. I asked for a specific date, and instead of offering any kind of customer service or explanation, he immediately canceled the order without warning. There was no apology, no effort to make things right — just “your order is canceled, wait for the refund.” This experience was extremely disappointing. I find it hard to believe that a company specializing in eyewear would have so much difficulty producing bifocals or treating customers with basic respect. I would not recommend doing business with this location.

Brian retrofitted the lenses from my broken pair of glasses to a pair he sold me out of inventory with my old prescription.i drive for a living so that service I cannot even comprehend .Highly recommended both Brian and the store.
