  appt cancelled twice due to clinician not being there, first time they called to let me know but second time said “idk where she is”. very unprofessional

  Office staff are not friendly. They just stared at the computer while we waited in line for them to acknowledge us in line. We decided to step in front of the window. The receptionist/MA was very dry an rude. Had an attitude the entire time. I brought my teen in who was already nervous an this environment was not friendly or inviting. No friendly customer service skills at all. They need to be retrained. Or just fake it!! DO BETTER!! Make us feel comfortable because we are freaking out already about this type of appointment and the vibes your giving off are not helping.

  Absolutely useless. I went to them with a specifc women's health issue and all they did was offer birth control and tell me to find a pcp.

  I was weary about going to this location because of the review before me, but it couldn't have been more wrong according to my experience. The staff was super nice. The receptionist made helped me with my paperwork when I had questions and was really pleasant to talk to. When I went in I talked to several of the staff. I got general consultation and then someone who was more experienced also came in and talked to me. They were professional and made sure that I left with no questions unanswered. They were very thorough in telling me what was going on and made it a comfortable atmosphere. I went in twice and both times I filled out a small amount of paperwork and was in within 5-10 minutes of handing them over. There were few to no other people waiting and I came 5 minutes early to my appointments both times. I havent been to a planned parenthood before so I didn't really know what to expect, but overall I had a good experience.
