- WCWill CDec 10, 20251.0I called them with Crystal clear audio equipment. They had their volume way down at a whisper and I asked the lady to turn it up and I guess she didn't or couldn't and then she ended up just disconnecting the call after a few seconds. This was after I had spent 8 minutes on hold. Incompetent

I let them know about my history and they were so kind and thoughtful and made sure to explain each step of the insertion. The building itself is very clean and new and it feels very safe. These people are wonderful
