Even when I'm told the refund has been processed, the money does not appear in my account. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Someone I know went here for surgery and it was not successful, which led to an argument which I seemed as unprofessional. You go in expecting something good and when you get something that totally messes up your vision of course you’ll be upset. It hurts to see someone I love struggling to see after having high hopes of getting better vision and being told it was their own fault. Can’t imagine what they are saying now. My family members botched surgery is probably being used as a funny story in the work place. Very upsetting.
