- NVNita Valdez6 days ago1.0I have been going to this practice for many years and I am so disappointed in the service I received during my visit this afternoon. I waited for an hour when the lady who works on billing and insurance came in to tell me that I had reached my limit and my insurance wouldn't cover my procedure. I didn't quite understand and asked if I came back in January if it would cover it then. She explained it to me and I was trying to process the information when she says, do you need me to walk you out? I hadn't even seen Dr. Gribble or had the chance to make a decision. She didn't offer to reschedule me, financing, ANYTHING. I guess I'll be looking for another dentist.

He relieved the pain, did a temporary fix, and scheduled me for a permanent fix next week. The service is amazing and has been for approximately 30 years. Thank you to Dr.Davis and your entire staff.

My previous dentist was very old-school, and they didn't have the latest imaging technologies that Davis Gribble Hollowwa has. So I was very impressed with the facility. It was clean, welcoming, and the staff was all very friendly and pleasant. They have a large television in the waiting area that has Netflix Christmas movies going. And water, coffee, tea. My initial exam/cleaning is not for a few months, but I had a crown that was causing lots of pain. Dr. Gribble was able to get me in this week and did a thorough exam of the area. Doctor also was able to perform the root canal procedure that same day, and I have a temp crown now but only for a week. They have their own lab that can get a crown made in less than that, which is great! He was patient and very good at explaining the condition and what he was going to be doing throughout the procedure. And, while he was drilling away, I got to put on headphones and watch one of those Netflix holiday movies to help pass the time. Dr. Gribble's assistant, Vernoica, was also wonderful and informative and she handles the assistant tasks with ease and comfort of an experienced dentist. Thank you Dr. Gribble and staff!

My dental hygienist Irzy, is so sweet, caring, and thorough — she always takes the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. When I first started, I was having issues with gum inflammation and sensitivity, and I’ve seen so much improvement since being under their care with Dr. Hollowwa. You can really tell they care about their patients — from the kindness of the staff to the calming, beautiful atmosphere of the office. It’s truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had!
