But when I went back to get my TB shot the MA was very rude and had a judgmental eye towards my flare ups and when she did administer the solution she left a prominent bruise.

Not friendly and very unprofessional, I asked to speak to the office manager and it became clear why the staff conducts themselves the way they do.
