After being seen by the Dr. 3 separate times. Decided to transfer care to different facility. Clinic and PT do not work well together to help patients recover.

They show complete disregard for your presence. They text you a link to complete on your phone that never works. The lab tech gave me bruises in BOTH arms, demonstrating inexperience in blood letting. I dread every time I have to go there.

I spoke with the front desk twice, but they didn’t seem to care. They weren’t busy, just chatting about personal topics like makeup, showers, and Snapchat, instead of helping waiting customers. I’d give 0 stars for the office service, but because the staff who performed the test were kind, I’ll give 2 stars. Please improve customer service and be more attentive to people waiting.
