  So. I arrived early to my appointment which was at 8:15 and proceeded to get down and started toward the building. As I approach the big glass front sliding doors they didn't open. I was like why. I tried to open with my hands but they were locked. I went back to my car and sat there. I decided to call Concentra on menual to see if they could answer my questions about why the building was closed. The lady tried calling Concentra for me but she said no one was answering and that they didn't open till 8:30. So how was my appointment scheduled at 8:15 if the place doesn't open till 8:30? I sat there dumbfounded. I woman pulled up, got out of her car and entered the building through a side door. I said to heck with it, got down and entered the building. It was dimly lit no people anywhere. I walked through the building until I finally found the office. Now I was 15 min late. They had to reschedule my appointment because I was late. I feel that they should post a sign at the main doors explaining that you must use the side door to enter the building. If they had I wouldn't have been late. This was truly inconvenient. PLEASE POST A SIGN SAYING: FRONT DOOR LOCKED PLEASE USE SIDE DOOR. THANK YOU!

  The staff at Concentra at this location were amazing and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I have a problem with the urine drug screen result taking too long so my contract was canceled because it wasn't back in time for me to start my job 1/5. Another effect was me driving half way to South Dakota just to need to turn around. I also lost out on a $500 deposit on a rental. Next time I will not leave or put any deposit on housing until all my results are back from Concentra. It had a bad domino effect which caused me out lots of money and time.

  This facility was very clean and the guy that did my screening was very helpful and very nice to me I really appreciate the great attitude and wonderful service from this place and there staff thanks a ton ...

  It’s always very professional, kind and timely when completing my exams or drug tests at Concentra. The staff are always very nice and complete on time.

  I have never waited so long to check in. Literally the line was out the door. I must have watched this lady behind the counter deal with the same guy for 12-13 minutes. One guy. Instead of asking him to step aside while he figures out his bosses name and address and why his ticket wasn’t right and get everyone else that didn’t have issues checked in so we could start our 90 min wait ( yeah 90 and that was a shorter time than most were given) she just continued to work with him. After getting checked in I waited 90 mins for a urine drug screen. Which took all of five mins to complete. If it takes an average 10 mins for a drug test not sure why it takes 90 mins to be seen when there were only about 15 of us in the room. And multiple in the back “working”. My biggest complaint every time I visit a concentration is the workers lack of motivation. They have one mode-slow.
