The staff made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. A lot of the staff members have had the procedure done and at LVI, this made me feel even more comfortable. The day of my procedure was also a great experience. Same staff was with me throughout the entire time I was there. The actual lasik procedure was so fast, and the only discomfort I felt was the clamps to hold my eyes open. In total I saw three doctors. One during my consultation, I had a punctual plug inserted to prepare for the procedure. She was very easy to talk to, and helped me feel more comfortable. The doctor that preformed my lasik, I didn't talk with too long. However, he was very friendly and quickly made me feel comfortable. The third doctor I met with was for my day after follow-up. He took the time to sit with me, go over any "symptoms" I was feeling. He was very personable. Overall, I'm only a few days out, but I 100% recommend getting Lasik done here. I found a great deal on GroupOn and I'm glad I trusted it. One thing to be aware of- this center is very busy, but they give you realistic time waiting expectations. And despite having to wait, they make you feel very comfortable.
