  Although the procedures were done to their fullest extent they were very rushed and completed without care for the patient's comfort. My daughter and I got there 1/2 hour before appointment time we had scheduled. Staff expressed that they were very glad that we were there early because they wanted to get started immediately to get out of the office ahead of schedule due to the holidays. Throughout the procedure the doctor kept checking her watch like she just wanted to leave. Despite the doctor, Pheiffer, stating that she would stop the procedure to add local anesthetic if my daughter told her she was in pain, this did not happen. When my daughter told her she was in pain, the doctor pushed through and kept cutting through her toe for the surgery. At one point she briefly stopped to add novacane, but only after finishing half of the procedure under numbed. It was evident my daughter was in a lot of pain - there were tears in her eyes and she was shaking uncontrollably, cursing under her breath, and biting her hand to contain herself. She was in obvious pain I couldn't see from where I was sitting what was going on with the surgery, I was only looking at her face, but expressions said it all. I was praying that it would just be over so she could not be in pain, it very was rushed they didn't let enough time to go by for the anesthetic to kick in, they just kept putting more needles and local anesthetic without waiting the proper amount of time. The doctor contributed her protests to anxiety, which was dismissive and inaccurate, as my daughter has had the same procedure from a different doctor before with no issues. The next morning her toes look very swollen and are in significant pain, and despite having this procedure done before, this is the most pain she has ever experienced with this surgery. In particular the right foot,which is entirely black and blue, was done while my daughter was shaking from the pain and adrenaline of feeling this in totality. This was an unacceptable and unprofessional environment and I will not be returning to this doctor or this office. I called and left maessage with an associate and no one has called me back so the responce they gave like they care about my daughter's well being is disingenuous. I had to take her to a differant foot doctor to get it looked at because it was so bad..it was that or emergency room, it was infected, and brused and so swolen from the 12 shots of local that after a week she still cant bend her toe or feel it. the doctor we went to was appalled and could not believe that the doctor who did this was so impatient she couldnt wait for meds to kick in and instead just kept injecting more local anesthetic and cut my daughters ingrown toenail when she was clearlly in alot of pain. this group i found out is now owned by a hedgefund group as I am told and not origanal owner doctor so it's not the same as it was and it shows.

  This is the best pediatrician I've ever been to . The staff, the facilities and the Dr all top notch.

  This was my first visit and every step was easy and professional. When I called to make an appointment the call service was thorough and was able to get me an appointment quickly. The front desk was very kind and sweet. The tech was very nice and the doctor was amazing.

  The office staff was very cordial and professional. Doctor Pfeiffer was caring, attentive and knowledgeable. She was open to discussion about the different approaches for treating my foot ailment including their pros.And cons. I ultimately went with her recommendation which seems to be the best course of action presently.
