  My appointment was at 10:30. I wasn’t seen until after 12, didn’t leave until a little before 2. It was a Monday, so maybe they had walks in, but I had a scheduled appointment and I should’ve been seen sooner. Pretty sure they open at 10, could be wrong. Staff was nice, but obviously stressed and fast paced. It was my first time at any planned parenthood. Felt like the dmv. Parking was also confusing, should be a sign somewhere. They need more staff or better scheduling/ better priorities with their walk ins vs appts. I also never got a call or text about my follow up appt being cancelled because of the storm. Once I was seen, it was pretty quick. Did not like that I had to pay my whole bill an hour before I was seen. Did not offer any financial aid. Had no brochures for birth control. Im not even sure if I was seen by a doctor or just nurses 😂

  I had a great experience with Linda and China. They were kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gynecologist they can trust. Thank you! You’ve been a great help!

  As a service dog handler who goes here all the time. I get nothing but professionalism and respect. Staff talks to me instead of distracting my dogs and respect they need to focus. They treat me the same as everyone else. Definitely recommend.

  I want to thank, Dr.Daniel Smalls, (Nurse Practitioner) Linda, and (Medical Assistant) Nhonn, in addition to the entire office staff. My experience this morning was absolutely AMAZING. I was referred to this location from the sister office (Elizabeth), due to a procedure that couldn’t be performed/completed in that area. I am extremely happy with the service I was given in the Trenton office this morning. EVERYONE was nice, kind and knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Getting the information that was provided to me, it made me feel very comfortable and I felt at ease with moving forward with their service(s). Both the MD and NP explained everything to me that I needed to know, before, during and after my procedure. I’ve made the choice to forever have this location be my PRIMARY provider location moving forward, I’ve made my NEXT appointment for this location and further appointments, despite the HOUR drive to this location).. I’m willing to come back to where I was made comfortable and treated with care! I appreciated my visit and the care I was given! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to get professional, accurate and compassionate care, this staff has definitely demonstrated all those qualities, I’m so appreciative of their services!
