- PJP JonesDec 17, 20255.0I want to thank, Dr.Daniel Smalls, (Nurse Practitioner) Linda, and (Medical Assistant) Nhonn, in addition to the entire office staff. My experience this morning was absolutely AMAZING. I was referred to this location from the sister office (Elizabeth), due to a procedure that couldn’t be performed/completed in that area. I am extremely happy with the service I was given in the Trenton office this morning. EVERYONE was nice, kind and knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Getting the information that was provided to me, it made me feel very comfortable and I felt at ease with moving forward with their service(s). Both the MD and NP explained everything to me that I needed to know, before, during and after my procedure. I’ve made the choice to forever have this location be my PRIMARY provider location moving forward, I’ve made my NEXT appointment for this location and further appointments, despite the HOUR drive to this location).. I’m willing to come back to where I was made comfortable and treated with care! I appreciated my visit and the care I was given! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to get professional, accurate and compassionate care, this staff has definitely demonstrated all those qualities, I’m so appreciative of their services!

- RVRebecca VelezOct 22, 20251.0This place is a HOT mess. I had a 1:40 APPOINTMENT to renew my birth control and waited OVER an hour only to leave empty handed. After 30 minutes in the waiting room, I finally get called back after I asked the receptionist how long before i was seen. Once I get in the room, another 35 minutes pass & I had to step out to ask AGAIN, when would the doctor finally come see me as I am pressed for time being that over an hour has already passed. Only for the worker to say they couldn’t see me because the doctor was “on a call” and I would have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes after already waiting this long. They are so poorly ran that I don’t know how they’re still in business. No one thought to tell me ahead of time that there would be an extreme wait. Extremely inconsiderate of peoples time and they SLACK. I will NEVER show face in this place again. If 0 stars could be given, that’s what it would be.
