When she heard how I was responding to the thought of a needle, she asked if I needed emotional support or just someone to hold my hand. I laughed but thought that was very nice of her to ask. I was also seen in a timely manner and didn't have to wait forever to be seen. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. But hopefully not for a needle!! Lol!

I literally had to pull up a chair right against the desk and hunch up in the seat to see the monitor. And even though I stated that I use glasses, I wasn’t allowed to use them during the vision test. This cannot happen like that
