I googled local urgent cares because the Inspira usually has long wait times and my son had early intervention so I didn’t have hours to spend there. So I thought this place is out of the way so prob not that busy. Says it treat cold and flu. It’s an urgent care so it says. Well I have never been treated so poorly. Made me wait over an hour before they came in to say they wouldn’t treat me and refunded my money. Told me I need to get to bottom of it and that I needed an allergist. But she would just be putting a band aid on it. The thing is my mom heard someone tell front desk minutes after I went back to refund my money and I waited an hour before they told me. I had a 1 year with me. Someone went to come in and I heard someone in waiting room tell him not to come. Then about 15 mins later they told someone else they told him not to come in. Then 45 mins later finally came in. I ended up having to go to an urgent care some where else because I was wheezing so bad. I needed 2 in office nebilizer treatments and an oral steroid in office. I had a sinus infection and asthma attack. The crazy thing is no one listened to me so they took huge liability because asthma isn’t something you turn away. Asthma attacks can be fatal. I do have an allergist appointment 12/29 and that is fine but I needed that band aid. Needed to be treated now.
