They will not look you up in system if you dont have a phone. Theres no phone number to speak to customer service or management , thisbis only done via email and no one responds. If you want a gym that’s overcrowded with kids were some regularly fail to re-rack weights and staff do not enforce rules and with no access to customer service then this is the place for you… after being a member for 10+ yers ill be taking my business elsewhere …

The only reason someone does that is to obfuscate the process and take your money. I live in South Orange, I will be more than glad to work this into every possible conversation I have that is even remotely tangential. All you had to do was say "yeah we can cancel that for you"
