- CMc mDec 30, 20255.0I was feeling a bit emotional talking about a termination and the dr on site was very supportive and nice during the experience. She even gave me a minute to compose myself. The nurse was also very informative on how to take the medications. Lovely experience on the phone also. No complaints.
- TRTaylor RalliDec 11, 20251.0I would love to give 0 stars. 4 months after getting my nexplanon replaced (only came here to get done because my insurance did not allow at my normal gyno) I had to go to my normal gyno to get check cause it was really bothering me. Now finding out that it was placed super badly (my gyno said this is the worst placement of a nexplanon she has ever seen) and i may need to go to the OR to get this shit removed because of how embedded it is in my arm muscle now!! Do not go here!! Doctor was chewing gum during whole appointment, so unprofessional, she was nice but clearly had no idea what she was doing. AVOID

She helped me understand my EOB and set me up with an affordable payment plan. She was so patient and kind making a stressful process easy since I’m from out of state .Highly Recommend!!

I haven’t gotten the chance to transfer my insurance over but the front desk assured me that all is well and allowed me to continue my visit as normal. I’m definitely coming back and would recommend PP to everyone I know especially this location they were so helpful!!
