Not only did i feel like they weren’t taking my injury seriously and rushing my process due to me being a bigger man.. the physical therapist cancels my final session after i told her and the doctor that i wanted to do it because i felt like it was helping and i needed it. I don’t appreciate this at all, then to finish it all off.. the physical therapist puts the wrong departure time and gets sassy when i politely ask for her to fix it And it’s not everyone, there are nurses that Ive spoken to that do their jobs and a lil extra But the they’re ones who are rude and don’t really care, they need to go. If you don’t care bout all patients and are only doing the minimum then please pick a different form of medical care so you don’t have to deal with people. Very disappointing

- SSSami StrathernOct 6, 20251.0This was the worst urgent care I have ever visited. When I arrived, I was immediately put into a room by myself where I waited 45minutes. Then, Concentra called my phone and started to do my intake via telephone. At that point the doctor came in to see me so I hung up the phone. I told her my symptoms and she checked my throat. In less than 2 minutes she was gone again and told me “everyone has a cold right now”. I went to the front to pay but they called me back to take my vitals which were extremely elevated, to which the nurse showed no concern. When I went to pay the receptionist told me they would bill me because they weren’t sure of my copay. This was the most dissatisfying, unprofessional experience and I went to get a second opinion and I have pneumonia. I will be reporting them to the board of health.
