Got a telehealth appt and they said I needed to go to urgent care. So here I go. They took a urine sample. Asked if I had a fever but never took my temperature. Tells me to go see my primary or to the hospital on Christmas Eve. Mind you I needed to accomplish all this on my lunch break and go back to work. I've had kidney infections before and I have no doubt I have one now. They literally do not care. They spent all of ten mins with me before I abruptly walked out. I will never step foot back in there ever again. If you want care DO NOT GO HERE.

Not only did i feel like they weren’t taking my injury seriously and rushing my process due to me being a bigger man.. the physical therapist cancels my final session after i told her and the doctor that i wanted to do it because i felt like it was helping and i needed it. I don’t appreciate this at all, then to finish it all off.. the physical therapist puts the wrong departure time and gets sassy when i politely ask for her to fix it And it’s not everyone, there are nurses that Ive spoken to that do their jobs and a lil extra But the they’re ones who are rude and don’t really care, they need to go. If you don’t care bout all patients and are only doing the minimum then please pick a different form of medical care so you don’t have to deal with people. Very disappointing
