This my first time shopping at Warby Parker. They have a wide choice of frames and their prices were reasonable. I had a specifice type of frame in mind and found it there.

This is my fourth pair of glasses from Warby Parker at the Short Hills Mall, and they continue to be fantastic. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They make the whole process easy and enjoyable every time. Great experience all around — I’ll definitely be back again.

I’ve been a loyal Warby Parker customer for a long time, and today’s experience at the Short Hills Mall location was extremely disappointing. I brought my mother in for her eye exam and glasses appointment today. She had a 3:15 PM appointment, and we arrived at 3:24 PM. I had already arrived at the mall before the appointment time, but my mother is an elderly woman and needed to use the restroom first. When we walked in, the associate did not greet us, say hello, or acknowledge us professionally. I was the one who said hello and mentioned our appointment. His response was rude, dismissive, and full of attitude. He immediately said we were more than five minutes late and that the appointment was canceled, offering another appointment two hours later, without any empathy or attempt to help. I tried to calmly explain the situation, but he showed no understanding or professionalism. This was especially frustrating considering that every time I’ve had an appointment at Warby Parker—even when I arrive on time—I usually still wait. Things happen, and flexibility and kindness go a long way, especially when dealing with elderly customers. The way we were treated felt unwelcoming, disrespectful, and discriminatory. No customer—especially a senior—should be made to feel this way. Upper management needs to take responsibility for this employee’s behavior. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.

This Warby Parker location at The Short Hills Mall is amazing. The sales reps are fully knowledgeable and so helpful. Ask for Bridget, she was awesome. She totally nailed the look I was going for. The check out process was so easy, they enter the eye claim for you with your insurance company. Totally happy with my experience there.
