    Just went in to get my frames tightened and now I have broken frames. Abena the optician was too rough and chipped off a piece of plastic from my frames. She said “oh a piece of plastic broke off, these things happen, if you had purchased your glasses here we could repair them at no cost, but since you didn’t there’s nothing I can do” Did not look me in the eyes, no apology, nothing! Terrible customer service. I said “it sounds like you don’t even care”, she replied “ that’s not it, there’s just nothing I can do” NO APOLOGY, no “let me see if I can reach out to manager” nothing, nada , zilch. I’m getting married tomorrow and now I have a pair of glasses that might fall apart at any given moment.

    Monique and all the staff are amazing. I had such a great experience recently that I went back to buy another pair of glasses that I didn’t need. They’re all so kind, funny, attentive and most importantly, they are very patient. This is my favorite warby Parker of all the NY and NJ locations.

    This warby parker was a great experience! Brought my mom in because she badly needed an updated prescription. The help was instant when we walked in from exam to picking out a fresh pair of glasses. Olivia who helped us, helped explain the different options for us and helped us pick the best fit for my mom! Love this warby parker and will be going back for all our glasses and exams.

    Great experience at the short Hills mall Warby Parker today. Last night, my prescription glasses suffered a casualty in the Whole Foods parking lot, falling off my face lens-side down onto the pavement in the dark parking lot. I promptly stepped right on them with my next foot fall, and an arm snapped off. You can guess that the lenses were beyond saving as well. Off to Warby Parker I went this afternoon, w prescription from my ophthalmologist in hand. I was pleased that I could get two pair with a 15% discount for less than $170 vs the 300 something I would have to spend at my local eye shop. The Customer service staff were knowledgeable and helpful, gave me honest opinions about a myriad of frames, and even made suggestions. They measured me in the store to ensure correct fit. WP had a great selection of all different sizes, shapes and colors, and I will absolutely be returning the next time I need to replace broken or lost glasses… Which will probably be in January. 😊
